Instructions for dry loose leaf chai, i.e. Spiced Chai and Smooth Chai
  1. Add 1 tablespoon of chai mixture (5-6g)  to a small saucepan
  2. Add 1 teaspoon sugar (or to taste)
  3. Add 1 cup of milk (approximately 220mL).
  4. Heat over low heat, stirring often, until hot and colour has turned to a lovely milk chocolate appearance (about 5-8 minutes)
  5. Strain and enjoy

Instructions for dry loose leaf chai, i.e. Signature Chai, Smooth Chai
  1. Add 1.5 tablespoons of chai mixture (8-9g) to a metal milk jug.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon sugar (or to taste)
  3. Add about 3 tablespoons of boiling water (to cover tea). Let steep for 2 minutes
  4. Pour 1 cup (220mL) of hot (70°C) milk into metal milk jug with tea mixture.  Let steep for 2 minutes
  5. Serve to customer with a cup and strainer.
